How long is a float session?
What works best for you?
45min / 60min / 90 min.
Your float session begins at the scheduled time.
If you are a first-time floater:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior so we can share our introductions about the experience.

What do I wear?
Feel Free to dress comfortably.
You will be in your own private room, and will be floating in your birthday suit.
This allows the Epsom salt to soak into your skin, plus the water temperature is crafted to match your body's temperature. This adds to the sensory deprivation experience.

What do I need to bring?
We provide all of the essentials for you.
Your private room includes a towel, washcloth, foot towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, makeup wipes & petroleum jelly (so you don't get salt in any small wounds). All you need to do is come in release, relax and repeat.
Can I bring my own shower Products?
You are more than welcome to bring your own shower products if you desire.

What if I am claustrophobic or afraid?
No need to be afraid.
There are many things you can do to ensure space feels open.
1. Open the door to the float pool (you are in a private room)
2. Light on ceiling of pool on or off
3. Music on or off
4. Light in private room on or off
Also, We have tall ceilings & large pools.
Feel free to mention it during the introduction to your first float.
And we will be happy to share ways to help you have an amazing experience.

Will I Float?
Yes you will! With 1,200 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved into just 10 inches of water, it is incredibly buoyant and you will float effortlessly on top of the water regardless of your body type.

Can I float with another person?
We have 2 single float pools & 1 double couples pool that is large enough for two people. Perfect for couples.

How Often Can I Float
Technically you can float every day without any negative effects.
Our clients find the relaxing effects of their float to last for days.
They enjoy floating at regular intervals such as weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month.
