How to get started
Enjoy 60 minutes of a completely customizable float experience. You will be in control, with nothing to fear.
2. Arrival & Waiver
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. A waiver is required for all services, the waiver can be found in your confirmation email or in your account on the 'Me' tab.
5. Post Float
You will have 10-15 minutes for your post float shower. If you need additional time to ready yourself for the world again, there is a "get ready" table with a hair dryer, mirror, etc.
Upon arrival, if it is your first time at Release Float Spa, you will receive a tour of the facility followed by a float orientation.
This is a great opportunity for any questions you may have prior to your float.
6. Share your experience
You will have the opportunity to share how you felt before, during, and after your float. Tell us how your floating experience helped you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Like any transformative practice, your initial floats may be a voyage of adjustment, typically taking 2-3 sessions to fully harness the power of floating.
The first session is an introduction, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the experience. It's normal for the mind to be active during this initial float. However, as you continue to float, many find themselves acclimating over multiple sessions, with each experience becoming more profound.
